• We do not offer refunds for sizing selections made by the customer. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. Any delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier (USPS).
• Address changes are not permitted after an order is placed. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
• We are unable to modify or cancel orders placed via phone, email, or through the website once they have been submitted.
