You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email or phone number you place your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update. Once your order has been shipped and confirmed by USPS or UPS that it has been delivered to your location and you have not received your package, we recommend that you contact your local USPS postal office or UPS and provide them with your tracking information so that they are able to further assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order or if your order was stolen. It is important that the customer provides us with the correct shipping information. If your package gets returned back to us because of the wrong shipping address, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping charge to send the order again (if there is a perishable products, customer is also responsible for the cost). If the package was sent to incorrect address and not returned to us, we will not replace nor refund the customer.  Also, you have 24 hours to report if your items were damaged and you must send us a picture so that we can investigate.
